A dead pokémon is no different from a pokémon fossil. Whatever we go with- doesn't really matter.

From my understanding, fossils aren't so "revived," but used to provide a DNA sample so that an identical Poke'mon can be cloned, which is why you can get an Aerodactyl from Old Amber.

Good point, sort of like Jurrassic Park only the scientists are actually comptant and not use a species of frogs that can change its gender.   Fail.

[Specs]

My understanding is this:

- can start with any 1-3 Pokemon
- 1 of those 1-3 can be evolved one stage
- We start with a group of variety of ages/backgrounds in a new region.  Assigned pokedex from Professor Lady to take part in our contest
- Villainous Team is named Team Astral (anyone remember what they do?  If not I have 1 thought)
- No Lengendaries (maybe they exist but can't be captured?)
-We win contest and Professor Chick invites us to dinner to tell us more about Team Astral
- Secrets
- We can haz Pokemon League + Gyms?
- What are we doing about Dream World Abilities
- Freeform battle/level up?
- limited move pool for can we use any level up move and four TM/HM?
- do we want Lamesauce HMs? Do they count towards a move limit if any?
- Egg moves?
- Move tutors
- A battle frontier or Battle Subway esq area?
